Not your average bags. We know you might have a specific idea or vision in mind, so if you don’t see exactly what you want on our page, we offer custom requests to bring it to life.

To request your custom piece, please send an Instagram DM to @shopenae or email us at hello.shopenae@gmail.com with the following details:

• The Silhouette (e.g., The Rou, The Alma, The Lia, or something completely new)
• The Palette (Your colorways and texture choices)
• The Scale (Any specific sizing or dimensions)

Once received, we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a quote and timeline.

Studio Guidelines & Care

• The Process: Once your design is submitted, we will review the concept and reach out via email within 48 hours with a quote and production timeline.
• Commitment: Because materials are sourced and prepared immediately for your custom piece, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, the creation process officially begins.
• Preservation: To maintain the structural integrity and artisanal texture of your handmade piece, all items are strictly dry-clean or spot-clean only. Treat them with love.
