Handcrafted With Care
Every ENAÉ piece is designed and meticulously handcrafted in-house. Because we prioritize slow fashion and artisanal quality, our fulfillment process is divided into two categories:

Ready-to-Ship: These are curated pieces already in stock. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order: Once our ready-to-ship stock is exhausted, pieces are crafted specifically for you.

Bags & Accesories: Please allow 1 week for production.

Skirts & Dresses: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production (unless otherwise specified on the product page).

Note: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the entire order will ship once the handmade piece is completed.

We offer domestic and international shipping with reliable tracking. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production times listed above.

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $250.
International Orders (Customs & Duties)
For our international supporters, please be aware that ENAÉ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your piece has been carefully packaged and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Damages & Shipping Issues
Your ENAÉ piece is a luxury investment. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello.shopenae@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim and finding a resolution.
