How long does it take to make my bag?
Every ENAÉ bag is handmade after you order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be crafted before it ships. You can find full shipping timelines on our Shipping Policy page.
Sizing & Fit
How much can each bag hold?
Each ENAÉ bag is spacious and can comfortably fit your phone, wallet, lip gloss, camera, keys, and more — just be sure not to overpack it.
Materials & Care
How do I clean/care for my crochet bag?
Spot clean only, and store your bag in the provided dust bag when not in use. Each bag also comes with specific care instructions on its product page — be sure to check those for details tailored to your piece.
Customization
Can I request a custom color or size?
Yes! Visit our Custom Orders page to start a custom request.
Can I add tassels/charms after I've already ordered?
If you reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes — just know this could add to your production time. Email us at hello.shopenae@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL or local carriers, typically 7–14 business days. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Because every piece is handcrafted to order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll make it right.
