Handcrafted Excellence

At ENAÉ, we create with the intention that your pieces will be cherished for a lifetime. Every item is meticulously handmade in-house. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in stitch tension or bead placement may occur. We do not view these as flaws, but as the unique "fingerprints" of a handcrafted luxury garment, ensuring your piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

The Production Timeline

To minimize waste and ensure the highest level of quality, we operate primarily on a Made-to-Order model.

  • Ready-to-Ship: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order (Bags): Please allow 1 week for production.

  • Made-to-Order (Outfits): Please allow 2–4 weeks for production (or the production time specified on each item).

  • Shipping: Once production is complete, your order will ship via your selected method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

Order Cancellations

We begin the handcrafting process shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the item has entered production and the sale is final.

Product Care & Longevity

To maintain the integrity and shape of your crochet pieces:

  • Avoid over-exposure to moisture or sharp jewelry that may snag the yarn.

  • Store your pieces flat or in the provided ENAÉ dust bag when not in use.

  • Detailed care instructions are included with every shipment to ensure your investment lasts.
