Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect design:

Documentation: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

Resolution: If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer your choice of a full refund or a priority replacement at no additional cost.
